Shipping and Delivery

All of our orders are reliably shipped via UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 8 business days once the order has been processed for shipping. Orders are generally ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days after being placed. Orders placed on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the UPS website or the selected courier service. If you have any difficulty tracking your order, please contact us for assistance.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time:
Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment, which is generally 1 to 2 business days. This time is separate from the shipping time, which is the time it takes the courier to deliver your package. Shipping time varies from 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

In the rare event that an item is not immediately available for shipping, we will notify you via email. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, any unavailable items will be automatically canceled and refunded within 1 to 5 business days after the order has been placed.

International Shipping

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Rua LauNina's is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by the courier once they have been shipped. We encourage our customers to monitor their tracking information to ensure smooth delivery.

Insufficient or Incorrect Address:
It is important that you verify your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned to Rua LauNina's due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for covering the costs of re-shipping the order. In such cases, we will contact you with an invoice for the additional shipping costs.

Express or Priority Shipping

For customers who need to receive their order more quickly, we offer express or priority shipping options. These options can be selected at checkout, and the additional costs will depend on your location.

Returns and Exchanges

At Rua LauNina's, all orders are final sales. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
